Refund policy

Eligibility for Return or Refund
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all included materials (accessories, manuals, etc.).

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items that are used, damaged, or materially different from their original condition may be subject to a partial refund or denied refund eligibility.
  • Returns that do not meet the conditions above may incur a restocking fee at our discretion.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at admin@nootk.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging and include proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt and refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

  • To help cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs, a 15% restocking fee may be applied to eligible returns.

    The restocking fee applies to returns requested for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or items no longer needed.

    The restocking fee will be waived in the following cases:

    • Item arrives damaged or defective

    • Incorrect item was shipped

    • Return approved due to a verified quality issue

    The restocking fee (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Return Shipping Costs
For all eligible returns made within 30 days of delivery and in their original packaging, Nootk will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
