Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $400 (before tax) within Canada and the United States.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–6 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified by email if there is any significant delay in your shipment.

Shipping Costs
For orders under $400, shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. Tariffs and duties for Canada and U.S. shipments are covered by Nootk. Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.

We ship internationally to most countries. Delivery times and available carriers vary by destination. Please note that customs procedures may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
